In 1973 Eddie Suits was working for a local manufactured housing company where he assisted in the production of new manufactured homes. While working with this company he gained experience and knowledge about the industry, which gave him a vision of going into business for himself. With hard work, dedication and a passion for customer satisfaction the business began to grow.
Later on Eddie and his wife Shirley opened a manufactured housing Retail Sales Center in Siler City, North Carolina, which is now called Suits Homes Inc.
After growing up in the business our four children Ray, Kent, Keith, Sherry decided to become partners in the company. Over 35 years later our family still follows the same principals that brought us to where we are today. A family owned and operated company that operates one of the largest Modular Home Display Centers in Chatham County, North Carolina.
The Company’s success for over 35 years is due to Gods guidance and providing our customers with excellent service during and after the sale.
