We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Suits Homes for their services during the time of the purchase of our home last year. It all started in April of 2003. We got a flyer in the mail advertising Suits Homes. On the flyer was a picture of the style of home we had wanted to build. We thought we would go and see what Suits Homes was all about before we hired a contractor. After Visiting Suits Homes and talking with one of their sales representatives, we were convinced that no contractor could build a quality home for a lesser price. We were also impressed with the many different styles of homes and ended up changing our minds about the blueprints we had already purchased.

After deciding on a style of home and approval from our bank, we followed through with a wonderful sales representative, Alan McGrady. Alan helped us through every aspect of our home, from the crown molding to the wood veneer floors. We chose the style of lighting fixtures that we wanted in each room as well as the type of flooring. We also had a choice of cabinets as well as the kitchen and bathroom faucets. We were very pleased to know that all the materials to be used inside the home were from top quality manufacturers. There were so many choices, it was hard to decide. We finally ordered our home on July 30, 2003.

After our home was ordered, we got to know Eddie Suits. He came out to our property to prepare the site for the home. Eddie came back several times to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. When our home was delivered on September 30, 2003, Eddie was there to make sure that it was placed on the foundation just right. It took three weeks for the complete set-up. After the set-up, we came to know Ray Suits on a first name basis. Ray was there to make sure that every detail inside the home was to our approval. It took another two weeks for our brick chimney to be built (we had hired our own brick mason.) We had also purchased a front porch and double garage to go along with the house, which took three weeks to compete. We were now into December and it had been my goal to be in the house before Christmas. The finishing crew came in and finished within two weeks. Now all we needed was the final inspections done to move in. Ray was very helpful in working with the county inspector to assure that we would move in before Christmas. We moved into our new home on December 23, 2003! Battling against weather and other obstacles, we had done it. A personal "Thank you" to Alan McGrady, Eddie Suits and Ray Suits. Even today, we can call Ray Suits, or his secretary, Karen, with any concerns we may have about the house.
